Can I start a Bazu workout from Apple Watch?

The current flow starts the workout on iPhone. Bazu then opens the active session on Apple Watch so you can log and finish from your wrist.

Can I log weight and reps with the Digital Crown?

Yes. Select weight or reps, turn the Digital Crown to adjust the value, and tap Done to complete the set.

Does the rest timer sync between iPhone and Apple Watch?

Yes. The countdown and adjustments stay in sync, and the Watch provides a haptic alert when rest is complete.
