What is actually paid?

Bazu Pro adds automated progressive overload recommendations, a progression pace selector, Next Workout Targets, overload insights, and unlimited routines, goals, and custom exercises. It costs $4.99 per month or $24.99 per year in the U.S. App Store.

Can I log workouts without internet?

Yes. You can complete a workout offline. Bazu saves the session locally and syncs it when you reconnect.

Is Bazu for cardio or strength training?

Bazu is built primarily for strength, hypertrophy, bodybuilding, and powerlifting. It also supports duration and distance tracking for cardio and timed exercises.

Does Bazu have ads or a social feed?
